We had a two night stay at Plas Dinas and it was perfect from start to finish.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff were attentive and polite, the service we received throughout was top class.

We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner during our stay and it was all fabulous.

All in all, Plas Dinas exceeded our expectations and we were planning our next visit before we had even checked out! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Myself, partner & dog were kindly accommodated very last minute after our tent flooded on a nearby campsite. Needless to say we had a much better night at Plas Dinas. Room was immaculate, had the most amazing nights sleep in the comfiest bed. Breakfast was included and was brilliant. Really good value for money, would stay here again!

Absolutely love this place. I've recently had an afternoon tea and they were incredibly accommodating for my gluten free and dairy free diet. Lovely food, lots of it, great service and incredibly good value too.

The food was absolutely stunning. Every mouthful a new delight. Staff were faultless and the surroundings were lovely. This is definitely well worth a visit even if you're not in the area.

A charming, quaint country house that feels like you have stepped back in time and should be strolling the grounds twirling your parasol whilst talking about eligible batchelors you would like to ‘court’.

In addition to the charm of the place, the owner and staff were warm, friendly and a pleasure to chat with.

The rooms also were lovely, comfortable and most importantly, very clean.

I have not yet mentioned the pièce-de-résistance—the incredible, yet affordable food. The place is Michelin Guide recommended and it very well deserves it’s place there.

Would very much recommend.

My 60 year old parents recently had a stay here, it was their second visit. During their stay another couple (think they were in their 40s) attempted to start a fight and threatened them. My parents had no communication with this couple, and upon asking the staff if they had any idea why there was an issue they explained that the couple had been drinking whiskey all day. This is no excuse for my parents being threatened with physical violence whilst having a quiet drink before returning to their room. My mom was that shook up that she fell and has broken her wrist. Upon speaking to management the day after about the events of the night before the advice was that they can’t control the people who stay and if people choose to not return they can’t do much about that. In other words telling my parents if they aren’t happy to not come back. They spent £259 on the room for one night and £150 on their meal, and have been shown no level of respect. I understand the behaviour of the couple is not a reflection on the staff or the hotel, but there was no reassurance or attempt to make my parents feel comfortable. Disgusting.

A truly wonderful place to stay! A stunning country house in a beautiful location. The service is impeccable and the country house is of unquestionable quality. The Gunroom Restaurant within the house is absolutely fantastic. Worth every penny!
