The only issue was there are two big windows on the ceiling of my room, and did not have curtain, so in the morning the light enter.

Hostess was quite weird, less than a happy welcome, room was cobwebby, pictures stipulated were not what we stayed in, room was quite weird and bed was very uncomfortable. Back hurt after spending 5 nights in the Llwyndu Farmhouse :P. Towels were not changed for the entire stay... Sheets were not changed. No Bathroom mat given, after one takes a shower, one expects to not walk around the floor with wet feet, one expects to have a mat to dry ye olde feet!

Pictures for bathroom were different to that of the room, quite depressing really considering she gave herself 4 stars on the front, I think it's more like 3 star accomodation. I've stayed in Holiday Inns which are nicer than what she had to offer.

Hostess was quite rude, parked her son on the road on the last day, thinking we were some scummy reprobates that wouldn't pay (still makes me laugh), after we paid, the son moved the car. Was quite disgusted with the treatment she showed, offered to pay her on the first day of entry, she wanted payment on the last day, dont know why she got her son to park and block the exit with the car. Was very suspicious because after we paid he moved the car. - Thanks for making us feel like highwaymen.

Dont do more than 5 mph on the drive up to her "lavish" huts, otherwise you risk destroying your axles and suspension. No direct access to the beach front, prepare to walk quite a while to get to the beach front (via Barmouth) otherwise risk paying the 1000 pound fine for Rail Trespass :P.

Huts were like a black hole, no outside window view, just a converted horse barn.

Wardrobes were full of dust,

Liked the TV, it was nice.

Historic building well restored. Knowledgeable and friendly hosts. Excellent food with evening meals available. Would have liked to stay longer.

Absolutely beautiful from the decor to the hosts. Stunning views and a wide choice of breakfast delivered to your room in the morning. We were really blown away by this hidden beauty! The photos online don't do it justice. Highly recommend
