Good location, about 3 miles off M4 with Cardiff easily accessible. Warm rooms , good bed. Beefeater next door but anywhere else needs a car. Quiet rooms despite being near main road.

Always clean, and just what you would expect from a premium inn. We only payed £44 as we booked well ahead of time. In the add-on building, the rooms are to a more modern style.

Stayed here for work as it was the closest to the client site. Stayed at better Premier Inns in the past Room was ok Bathroom could do with an update - always smelt damp Decided to eat elsewhere for breakfast and dinner. Most annoying their wifi was down the 2 nights I stayed and the Costa next door didn’t have wifi either As a place offered for business clients, this is very poor as the network in the area was also poor.

Friendly welcoming reception staff. Room clean, beds extremely comfortable. Asked for more tea/coffee, this was brought to our room less than five minutes after our request. Again very friendly chap, nothing was to much trouble. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel (beefeater) again very friendly happy staff. Excellent stay from start to finish.

Obviously clean and comfortable, as you would expect but rooms could do with a refresh. Very musty smelling- thankfully the windows do open enough to air the room. The Beefeater staff were lovely. Food was ok.

Overall a really good experience. I visit a lot of hotels in my job but hats off to the Welsh people who run this site, spot on with checking in, rooms, food and service. Would def come back and use this Premier Inn again.

A great wee place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in all ways. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If I'm ever down this way again I'd definitely come back here.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit local family. Very good standards and exactly as I would expect from Premier Inn. Comfy, clean and consistent It was extremely cold when we arrived but the receptionist had arranged for the heating to be raised in our room and it was toasty. Lovely thought!!
