This is a truly fantastic B&B. The delightful and friendly Paula and Glenn are great hosts . Our room was so beautifully decorated with lovely subtle touches and the bed was so comfortable it was such a shame to get up! A super choice of breakfasts in a wonderfully light breakfast room and a lounge area with a fabulously stocked bar added to what is for sure the best B&B I have ever stayed in. To be honest, I'm not sure that any of the four or five starred hotels I've stayed at can match The Town House at Brecon. Highly recommended and enjoy.

This place is superb! So welcoming and the decor is to die for. The hosts had thought of everything you need for a relaxing break. Lovely position in the town. Breakfast was fabulous - lots of lovely Welsh produce. Can't wait for our return visit😍

We decided to go away for a hiking getaway to Brecon, and we came across this beautifully stylish B&B for our trip.
We were completely blown away by Paula and Glenn’s hospitality and warm welcome, the room was clean to the highest of standards, cosy and had a breathtaking view of the sleepy town of Brecon and the surrounding hills.

One of our night’s, we decided to stay in for the night and were delighted to hear that there was a bar in which we could simply take note of what we helped ourselves to and pay at the end of our stay. It made for a super cosy night in with a few merry glasses of wine, we also appreciated that Paula occasionally would come up to the Living Room area to make sure we had everything we need.

The breakfast options for each morning was extensive and delicious (with vegetarian options available), the hospitality we received each morning was incredible and we were always checked on to make sure we had everything we needed before being left to enjoy our breakfast.

We also fell completely in love with the aesthetics of the B&B, Paula told us she was inspired by old fashion gentlemen clubs, but has grown to include more rustic and quirky decorations. The aesthetics added to the cosy and luxurious atmosphere of the B&B, so we think that it is a must to mention in our review.

Overall, we would like to thank Paula and Glenn for providing a beautiful relaxing getaway in this quiet nook of South Wales, thank you for always going the extra mile and making us feel welcome.
Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Brecon.

With love,

Ben & Stuart.

This B & B was lovely, our room was nice and clean. They have everything you'd need and the breakfast is nice. I wouldn't recommend this place because the bathroom had so much fragrance it gave me a headache. It really ruined an otherwise wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay here in August. Our host couldn’t have tried harder to welcome us despite all the COVID regulations. The room was charming and we were very tempted to take some of her artwork on the walls home with us. Strongly recommended

Absolutely gorgeous b&b. Very welcoming owners and the perfect location for central Brecon. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've had at a hotel/b&b. Perfectly cooked eggs and delicious coffee. Comfy bed, spotless rooms and a homey lounge with an honesty bar where you can help yourself to a drink if you like in the evening. We will definitely come back for more exploring the Brecons.

The sign of a good hotel is the quality of linen/towels and whether they can make good poached eggs - but that is not all to compliment the Town House about. Lovely welcome, really fantastic room, spacious, cosy, comfortable armchairs, high quality bedlinen /towels, excellent shower. On the main road but quiet. Breakfast choice superb, including granola/yoghurt/berries and plenty of toast and coffee. Lovely comfortable lounge with honesty bar. Around the corner from the centre of Brecon and free parking next door if you can get a space. Will certainly visit again - a real treat - many thanks

We had an excellent stay here in ‘Castle Keep’ to celebrate my partners birthday in mid October. Paula and Glenn were wonderful hosts, the level of customer care was great.
We felt so well looked after whilst our privacy was also respected. Covid regulations felt safe without taking away any enjoyment of our stay. Breakfasts during the three days didn’t disappoint either.
I would recommend anyone visiting Brecon and looking to stay overnight, look no further.
