Having purchased an ix35 from Hyundai Gloucester eight and a half years ago, the time had come to exchange it for something smaller. On arrival I was greeted by Cordelia (who remembered me from the original purchase!). She then proceeded to find exactly the car I needed (a lovely little automatic i10) and gave me a very fair exchange on the larger car. She took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process as seamless and pleasurable as possible. I am delighted with my car, and can thoroughly recommend Cordelia's services and those of the Hyundai Gloucester dealership to any prospective customers.

As always, the service at Marshall Hyundai Gloucester was fantastic and very personable. We have bought several cars from the team at Marshall and they have always had the most competitive prices and the best service! My wife recently had a service booked in and despite a booking error the service team were able to fit the car in at short notice and were very flexible and considerate. There's a reason we always come back here despite living quite some distance away!

I recently got an I30n performance from Marshall Hyundai and the service I received was brilliant, they were able to answer all my questions with no issues. A big thank you, especially to Luke Reynolds who looked after me the whole way to getting this amazing car. Would 100% recommend Marshall Hyundai to anyone.

My Hyundai Santa Fe four year service was due this April 2022. As the mileage at 8k was so low it was agreed to leave till a later date. I found this an honest and reasonable assessment. I have just had it carried out in October. The booking in at Gloucester with Aishling was very professional along with the video check up during the service. This was useful in making a few decisions at the time without having to go back at a later date.

Overall the service charge was fair. A cost for isolating a switch I thought was unreasonable. Talking to Paul (post service manager) this was readily agreed and refunded. This again I thought a good and reasonable decision.

A warranty issue is again being dealt with professionally and booked in for a further assessment at an appropriate time.

A very efficient and friendly service that makes departing with your money a little less painful!

If Hyundai Gloucester could take over the running of the country as well then all will be good!!

Amazing experience at Marshall’s Gloucester. Luke was knowledgeable, swift yet thorough and found me a great car at a great price. He couldn’t do enough for me and I particularly loved the video update of the car I was interested in! Absolutely brilliant experience. No time wasted. All so smooth. And the car is amazing. Long time returning customer, looking to replace my existing two year old Hyundai Tucson with the latest Hybrid version. Test drive booked by Luke Reynolds and part exchange was valued whilst on the drive and value confirmed on my return. I was after a particular variant and specification of the vehicle, so had done my homework and Mark Lee provided me a competitive quote which saved any additional homework and there was no hard sell of any additional services.

Placed order of vehicle on 25 October, collected new vehicle on 28 January (not bad considering supply chain issues at the moment) which was efficiently and expertly handled by James Hopkins (who also looked after me for my previous purchase).

At no time did I feel pressured or obliged to buy or sign up to anything, so if you want a decent honest experience underpinned with excellent customer service and team effort, I can definitely recommend visiting Hyundai Gloucester if you’re looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

p.s. My youngest was well chuffed to welcome the new addition, Harry, to the family too. 😉
