Booked car in for service and MOT, and as ever received impeccable service from Clare, who was on the desk that day. A new innovation was receiving an e-Mail which contained a video link showing the technician examining the underneath of the car and pointing out the important areas with a commentary on their condition.

Very friendly and informative and eager to please. One of the cheapest Hyundai dealer hourly rates I've seen. They're not local to me, so I thought I'd try one closer to me, but I'm going to go out of my way to return to them because they're much better!

Was enquiring about a newer car. Nice young man was polite and showed me a couple they had, but not really what I had in mind. He then got called in by someone which cut short our meeting so I left.

Took the car in for update on sat nav , no problems everything done fine but whilst sitting there waiting for the vehicle you get the impression that this dealership is going to close partially with all the new housing development going on round it and sitting on a prime site it just hasn’t been developed and I have used these when they were Turners and sold Toyota , it just has that sort of feeling that the new owners don’t want to put any money in to it staff walking round hardly anyone smiles they look very despondent .But there we go it’s the service that counts and by the way can you fix your coffee machine it wasn’t working 5 weeks ago and still out of order

Connor sold me a 2020 Hyundai and his customer service and personality were both amazing! He was knowledgable and was full of quick responses to any questions I had, and would most definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to seek this mans expertise!
