Endeavour Hyundai - Watford

I had my Hyundai Tucson delivered by Simon last Friday and love it. My first contact was with Inga who was very helpful and remained my main contact throughout the purchase. They got the car over from another Hyundai dealer for me because it was easier for me to get to Watford. Marc was my contact when I viewed it on Sunday and he was lovely. Not pushy, not like some car sales people. We agreed the purchase price and any minor points I wanted repaired. Lovely car, very happy with the service from all of the team. Would use them again, but not planning of parting with this car for some time.

I received an email reminder that my service was due. I booked it online (from a link in the email) and the time and date I wanted were available and duly booked. I received a further email confirming the booking. On the day I took the car in, I received the most courteous service, in a very timely manner. Very impressed with how simple everything was, including a further email confirming and explaining every item and detail that was checked on the car. Superb!

Collected my Tucson today. Sale couldn't have gone smoother. Only went in Saturday to have a test drive and 4 days later it's mine.
Great friendly service from Micheal, Tony and Paul (Father and sons).
Gave me a great part ex price (on a par with We buy any car). Free mats and a full tank of petrol.
The whole team were helpful from beginning to end and I have every faith in their after sales service should I ever need any.
A pleasure to do business with and Highly recommended (as is the coffee from their machine)

This is my car's 3rd service at Watford Hyundai. I was sent a reminder of my pending service & MOT in good time & that was followed-up with a phone call. Even though the Monday ended up being an unexpected bank holiday (meaning they now had to re-shuffle all of Monday's bookings over the rest of the week, my car was still serviced on the Tuesday as arranged with 'phone calls during the day as to the progress. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. The idea of sending the client a video of the car's under-carriage as they check is great. (1st time I've received this). I would definitely recommend them.

I changed my car from an i10 to ani20. I was given a really great deal. The staff were friendly and helpful. They stayed in contact with me and helped me through the whole process so that I wasn't confused or worried about any part of it. My new car was ready for me within a week and I couldn't be happier with it.

I bought a used i10 in November. Tony was polite and thorough. Great knowledge about his cars and no sales pitch. Gave us space to see and decide without overpowering chat. Great coffee too. I might go there again just for a bit of coffee.
