This was the first time I had undertaken a 'distance' purchase, some 2hrs travel from my home base. From the outset, the salesperson (Pippa) was clear, well-informed, personable and a pleasure to deal with. She continued to be professional and efficient throughout the process and all commitments regarding delivery timescales (in these uncertain and difficult times) were upheld. It was a simple and straightforward transaction and I am pleased with the vehicle and the service I received.

From beginning until end the experience was excellent. Alison, the Sales Executive, was very professional and very helpful throughout. The buying process went extremely smoothly and the car was fully prepared when I picked it up. All the information I needed was provided in easy way and I drove off feeling very confident.

At the time of my previous visits the two ladies in the service area were very polite and helpful 5* review for the service area team. The reason I have given an overall 3* for this review is that I have now visited twice and on one of those occasions my Tucson Ultimate PHEV was left for two days without the fault being fixed so a third visit will now be needed. Despite knowing I had a 140 mile motorway journey ahead of me, I was given an i10 as a courtesy car which was totally inappropriate for that distance on a major motorway. I raised this with the service team so I am hopeful this will be resolved when the vehicle is again returned under warranty for the fault to be repaired.
