Very happy with my experience of buying a new Tucson. The car is amazing, was delivered on time and Ian was very helpful throughout the process. Never felt pressured into anything and found the entire sales process to be respectful and easy.

I purchased a vehicle from Rupert last week, the service was absolutely excellent throughout the process. From the first phone call to the after sale process. Also as the car was in stock the staff worked very hard to have it ready for me to collect in under 2 days as I had no access to a vehicle due to a breakdown on my previous car

I have purchased many new cars but the service I received from Zeke was exemplary. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble and he was polite, knowledgeable and patient at all times. I turned up without an appointment, was able to take two cars out for a test drive and was so impressed I ordered one when I was only “just looking”!

I absolutely love the video summary they sent while my car was in. It quickly and concisely showed and told me what was found and this made it easy for me to look at the approval list, select works I'd like completed, approve and pay remotely. Fantastic offer of flexible payment plan, set up in seconds to help pay for the work was hugely appreciated.
