Our purchase of a Hyundai Santa Fe was really good from the start to completion.
Lee was efficient throughout, answering our questions in a thorough way whilst not blinding us with all the unnecessary jargon.
We part exchanged our old vehicle and was given a fair and reliable price and the date and time to collect our new vehicle was fast and on time.

We picked up our new Kona today from CMC Harlow. Once again we were treated wonderfully by Ian our usual contact there. As always he was very friendly and helpful. We haven’t bought cars from anywhere else for years now and will always go there first if we need help or advice. We’ll done everyone at CMC.

Welcoming, friendly staff at CMC. Fantastic communication by phone, email, text and in person. Would definitely recommend buying & servicing a Hyundai here. Nothing too much trouble and there’s no such thing as a silly question………. 5 stars aren’t really enough

Nice staff and very helpful.
The car was good and up to expectation.

But Hyundai 5 days free drive away car insurance for new car was not available on purchase, I had to rush a bad deal with car insurance company to be able to drive the car. That was very inconvenient.

Picked up my new car from CMC Hyundai recently. Staff were nothing but helpful from pre-purchasing and on the day of picking up the car. I'd definitely recommend visiting them if you're considering purchasing a new vehicle!

I recently had my 1st 10,000 miles service of my new Kona (7ths old) carried out and at the same time they were due to look into an issue I have where a dip has appeared in my drivers seat. I had previously reported this as it had started to appear after only having the car for 3mths. When I went to collect the car I was told that nothing could be done about the seat as it was due to wear and tear !! I asked how it can be down to wear and tear when the car is only 7 months old and I weigh 9 stone so not exactly heavy. The service Manager was not helpful in anyway. He had not bothered to speak with anyone in the warranty dept or customer service as he said that there was no point as he knew what they would say. He then told the girl who was dealing with me to give me the customer service number so I could ring them myself. The Manager was rude and arrogant and came across as if he just couldn't be bothered. He walked away leaving me sitting there in total shock.
