The service department customer service is abysmal. They promised 2 hour labour to fit dashcam when purchased the car as part of the deal. Brought in Amazon one that has 5 star reputation for self fit for easiness to install. They were not willing to do it in 2 hours which I felt so unfair and told me it will take too long. Instead, they suggested the kit they can order from Hyundai genuine part for 122 and checking in from their desk fitted in price was 129 pounds for this one. They were so "generously" telling me that the labour is free. Probably, something like "clip-in and that's it "item I feel by assuming the difference of 7 pounds. I asked whether 2 hour labour can be used for the next service instead. They say they will not. Probably they can make a lot more money in that 2 hours instead of doing service they can simply refuse to me. At the end of the day they were making this opportunity to sell another goods to me. They do not want to do genuine 2 hour work as 2 hour labour is already paid by me and they can simply refuse the work and they can still make an excuse for work being too much.. Absolutely abysmal customer service in that practice with no conscience and I feel it is such a shame as a big firm like this still trying to make money this way.

Don’t recommend this place!
We have bought 4-years old car from them few months ago. We have been told that it is in a perfect condition. Lately we realized that the whole one side of the car was remake (it is not in the record so must have been done in not registered place). We checked that the car is registered in police records and it was involved in the accident. We haven’t been told about that. Our car is still under warranty but they refused to take responsibility for that and won’t even do anything about the coming off paint. They even have been ignoring our emails for few weeks!

Don’t recommend this place. This is not honest retailer.

Kieren Carter was exceptionally helpful on the purchase of our new car. He was very informative before we purchased the car on information we were not aware of. He was well mannered and on purchase showed us all the features of the car we brought. The showroom was super clean and easy to find.

Popped in to Stafford Hyundai at the weekend and to be honest I was just killing time as I don't live in the area, just visiting friends. I was a sales person's worst nightmare, I asking loads of questions and took up their time with no intention of purchase from them as I would most likely use my local dealer. However, the welcome, service and knowledge I received has made me seriously consider travelling the extra distance to buy a new car from them, they just couldn't have been more helpful with zero pressure. Well done guys, I'll be back for sure at some point.

Absolutely amazing service from James. From the day I ordered my new car until the day we picked it up James was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to get our car ready for us. Would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact this is the 3 rd car we have bought from them. Thanks for such amazing service.

I recently brought a new car after the help of James Tesseyman after him being recommended by my family due to the friendly and excellent service he gave them. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I found the service faultless from James, he never pestered me nor was he pushy for a sale, he talked me through everything start to finish and was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect when I collected my car. James is an asset to Hyundai Stafford, I would highly recommend him and their branch. Thank you again
