Endeavour Hyundai - Westfield Stratford

Went to go look at a car they had in stock and after having to interrupt the employee from scrolling on their phone, was informed we could not see the inside of the car because it was out of battery. This whole experience has made me reconsider buying from this company. If they do not have the foresight to keep their cars powered in their showroom to sell them, will they have the ability to help me as a customer in the future? Additionally, it seems like quite the design fail to not be able to open the doors of the car if it doesn't have energy in the battery. Would you even be able to tow the car if you were out and it ran out of energy?

Had a great experience buying my first car at this branch. The manager was very helpful throughout the entire process from the test drive to the day of collection. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone wanting good customer service and value for money.

The people within this show room are very knowledgeable about their cars, very professional and welcoming. Not too pushy for sales they allow you to look around before approaching and asking if I needed help. Thank you for helping me, to the Scott’s man.
