Recently bought a new car here. Service from start to finish was incredible. Dealt with Ryan and Cris who were both polite and informative.

Cris is extremely organized, not in the slightest bit pushy and got me exactly what I wanted. Superior to any dealership I’ve bought from before in terms of ease and professionalism. Will definitely be back. The process from start to finish was smooth, I can’t fault you at all.

Extremely disappointing.  They sold a car with a dent on the sill and refused to correct it - even though I pointed it out to them within hours!  I asked them in writing whether there were any faults or blemishes and the sales person, Richard Darnbrook replied "Exterior and interior excellent condition" - which was a false representation - see picture attached.  Didn't even have the courtesy of replying to my last email to him. Very disappointing and untrustworthy company.

A few weeks ago at first service since buying my 3rd car at Johnson's, it was noticed I did not have locking nut remover. They used their master for the service and put one on order for me using serial code that was in the bag with nuts with spare wheel.today I popped in to see if it had arrived, it was still on order but service department for my peace of mind took my car replaced all the locking nuts and new remover. This was all done on the spot with no appointment and no charge. A big thank you to all. This is why I always use Johnson's

Great dealership, staff very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Cris who helped me sort out the deal, took me for a test drive, and didn't show any fear of my driving (well not outwardly). Just taken delivery of my lovely new Hyundai i10. Cris Toms in Sales was most helpful throughout the purchase, gave me an excellent price for my old i10. He also gave me a complete run through on the new features and functions of the new i10. I’ve bought the base model but I am still very impressed! A very happy customer.

Bought my first car off Cris who was approachable, knowledgeable and so helpful. He sorted the slight issues we had with the car without hesitation and made my experience buying a car a great one.

Cannot recommend both Cris and Dave enough at Johnson's Hyundai Liverpool!! Service was 5☆in every aspect. No pushy salesmen here 👍. Everything was explained fully, simply and directly. I was able to see the cars history including any repairs, issues on the system (there were none). Very friendly guys, who made the process so easy from start to finish. Car was immaculate and a small job on the windscreen wiper blade fixed before I left the forecourt. Thank you for fantastic service; would highly recommend seeing these guys if you are looking to change your vehicle 😃!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Primarily dealt with Cris, who was extremely polite, helpful and really attentive, whether I was speaking to him over the phone or by email. Also want to mention Dave who helped Cris in getting me the best deal they could offer. Took my new car home today and couldn’t be happier!
