Marshall Hyundai - Ashford

I could not fault James Major, Sophie Castle or anyone else I interacted with at Hyundai Ashford. Everyone was polite, incredibly helpful and informative. James answered every one of questions (I asked a lot of questions), really well and never made me feel silly for asking them. I've had my car for over a month now, the I20N, and I could not be happier. Thank you to James and Sophie. 10/10.

My car was collected & returned to me as though it had just come out of the showroom. The gentleman who traversed my car was very smart in appearance, polite & sociable. The fitter who carried out the service informed me of all what he had done. Lucy was polite, professional & very good at her job.

Excellent experience with Hyundai Ashford. Have bought two cars from here so far, both times I was assisted by James Major who was very helpful and professional and I will be going to James again next time I want to update my car. Friendly and professional service all round. Would recommend and have done to many friends and family who have also bought cars and been very happy with not only the car but the service they received!

I picked up my new Hyundai from Marshall's on Sunday. From start to finish, the Marshall Team have been fantastic. James Major went above and beyond to find me my perfect car. He was a pleasure to do business with. In fact all the team were incredibly helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. If they were closer to me I would be using them to service and mot my new car.

Hyundai Ashford have the friendliest staff; Kevin Jinks was kind and courteous as he greeted my daughter and I and made our experience at Hyundai a great one from start to finish. He talked me through all the details thoroughly, explaining anything I was unsure about. He was considerate of my daughter, making her feel at ease, and presenting her with a small gift from Santa for Christmas when we picked the car up. Thank you to Kevin for being thoughtful and enthusiastic about the simple things, such as a car service and for your kindness. Merry Christmas and thank you.

James Major couldn’t have been more helpful, he explained we would have to wait awhile for the car we wanted, and we also could change the colour we wanted.( nice red ) Everything was explained to us all the paperwork was so easy to understand. He said hopefully we will have it in a few weeks every other garage was telling us next March which was too long. We have never had a mobility car before and he explained everything nicely. So now we are just waiting for the phone call and we will have a new car! Excellent service very friendly couldn’t fault the service provided. Thank you James you was so very friendly. Absolutely amazing Service. I had the pleasure of having James deal with me today, and he was beyond helpful. Very polite, as were the other staff I spoke with a couple of days before.
Everything I needed sorting was done very smoothly, very professional and in a friendly manner. I look forward to going back for my new car, and would definitely recommend visiting if you are after a Hyundai.

My partner and I brought our car from James Major at the Hyundai Branch in Ashford and the experience was so easy. The whole process from seeing the car and part exchanging took 5 days in total. We got a great price and deal and a new car we’ve had our eye on for a while, was just waiting for the right price. James communicated really well with us and couldn’t recommend more!
