A small showroom but with most available cars there to look at and sit in. Nice people who aren't pushy. Booked car in for a service but due to staff shortages a near two month wait. Staffing issues are prevalent everywhere though not just here. Recommended 👍
Car since had its service. All great, no nasty surprises. Seemless process and completed quickly. Just enough time to pop into town for a sandwich and coffee. Helen on the service desk is friendly and efficient. To cap it off the car was given a wash and clean as it was a bit grimy after the recent rain. Absolutely no qualms and going back there and recommending them to any other Hyundai owners.

I recently bought a new car through these guys. Dealt mostly with Alan Webster, who was, and still is post purchase, happy to do as much as he can to make the process smooth, painless and enjoyable. Top bloke and will definitely be contacting him directly with any more purchasing enquiries.

Nice touches also came from the sales manager there, Neill Jackson-Smith, who would always come out of his office when we were there to make sure we were happy and let us know that they would both gladly sort out any issues we had.

Car came exactly as hoped - fully detailed, with some picky requests handled at no charge. Couldn't recommend these guys enough for a new car purchasing experience.

I received a call Hyundai Chelmsford telling me my car was ready to collect after its service. So I made way to the dealership after the call only to be told I had to wait another half hour. In the end I waited over an hour.

I DID NOT KNOW I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT NEARLY 3 HOURS TO FIX MY SATNAV CONSIDERING WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTHEND AND WAS NOT TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT MY TURN RATHER THAN A PROPER APPOINTMENT.WHEN I DID GET IT BACK IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE PROPERLY SO I HAD TO GO BACK A SECOND TIME SO OVERHALL I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY CONSIDERING I HAVE HAD THE CAR ONLY 3 WEEKS.

Service and MOT. Excellent friendly service. The car was collected and returned as I can't drive at the moment. I was rung to OK the replacement of the screen wiper blades, and all the work that might be required between now and next year was explained when the car came home (immaculately valeted).

Purchased our new car from Mark and the service was excellent. Listened to what we required in terms of features and showed us several cars with no pressure to buy. They made sure car was in best possible condition when I collected with MOT and Service done for a years worry free driving. Great team!

Staff at Chelmsford hyundai very very friendly and helpful it's a shame basildon don't have same manners would never ever step foot in basildon hyundai again or recommend them service at Chelmsford fantastic also Danielle and Helen on desk such lovely ladys thank you and thank you Chelmsford even cleaned my car after a service anyone with hyundai don't go basildon go Chelmsford hyundai
