Tunbridge Wells Hyundai

From the first telephone contact with Dan at Hyundai Tunbridge Wells. Everything I wanted was achieved seamlessly. Dan was excellent in his delivery of information, knowledge of the vehicle and he wasn’t pushy, which is an instant put off to me. The entire experience was relaxed and effortless.

Around October 2021, I ordered an I20N from Dan and was very excited about seeing it. Due to production delays I did not received the vehicle at the estimated time although I knew this would probably be the case.

Around April 2022, I received a call from the dealership out of the blue saying that they had a cancelled I20N that had just come in and if I wanted it. Of course i said yes!

Although not the colour I ordered I am glad i did it. I'm really impressed by the dealership offering me a cancelled order when they could have sold it for a higher markup!

We purchased a newMG from them yesterday. There was no pressure out on us to buy, all our questions were well answered. The test drive was allowed with only me and my wife in the car so that we could freely discuss things whist driving.
