One of the best buying experiences I have had being a car enthusist.
I was served by Shaquile who was very well spoken, knowledge and honest with all the questions I asked and said he would get back to me for anything he did not know which I thought was a great quality as a salesman instead of forcing a sale.

All the managers met me individually and treated me warmly which felt like a family run business. Very inter personal.

They welcomed the children and engaged with them in a positive manner. Despite the kids running around they were very much pleasant in brushing it off and even interacting with them positively. My son is a big fan of 'hundulais' and he left with a beautiful one.

Furthermore, I returned a week after the sale and was still met warmly to solve an issue and I was so pleased as they said any issue we could come and pop in. Would definitely purchase their again!

Don't know really, I asked for a few extras, new cornering bulbs and the driver seat to be tightened, and they skipped over it, maybe some miscommunication? Still got charged full price for a service which was overpriced. Just seems like they rushed it, I guess sales is their main focus not really servicing. I've done customer service and always went above and beyond for my customers and they come back and I made a good rapport with them, not so here. Who cares about money it's about people. 5 stars still I don't like spreading negative vibes, only the truth

Had the best experience with Hyundai as a young buyer! The experience was not of typical car dealer, where they rush you and tell you to buy the car there an then. They were so patient and Jordan my sales person was exceptional, he took his time to explain everything so much detail, from the difference of HP and PCP and all the warranty offers, he also showed me a variety of car options some higher spec and some low spec just so I knew all the different options I could get as a young buyer. All the staff are polite and well-mannered and they are educated in their field and query you have they are ready with the answer and a solution. Amazing experience!

Great experience, simple as that. From the initial very helpful welcome to the swift completion and drive away on the day. However the star of the show was Aleks. Absolute 5 stars, welcoming, concise, friendly, authentic, honest and an all round lovely person. Extremely good at her job. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Ancaster Hyundai at the Croydon branch and was greeted by Dave who was not only friendly but very helpful! I had both my MOT and servicing done at this branch and was new to this showroom! The entire process of ringing up to booking the services was all very easy and every member I dealt with was very professional and helpful! I highly recommend this branch! Dave has been extremely helpful and helped me clearly understand the process of a service plan which initially I was a little reluctant to sign up to but on my second visit he clearly explained everything! I have not only saved a a lot of money but I have come away very satisfied with the service I’ve received! Thank you so much to Dave and his team! Great work guys!
