Boy is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our car and explained what was happening every step of the way. Have already recommended him to everyone I know! Honestly can’t praise him enough.

Really lovely salesman, called Op, very helpful and friendly, gave us confidence in the purchase, and felt he was truthful and honest. Great customer service, which is what brings us back here each time we change our car.
Harry who did some finance with us was also great we remembered him from previous visits. Highly recommend both of these people. So nice to see customer service still counts highly here.

I booked in to test drive a car at this dealership. Where the given time was agreed on speaking to their team over the phone.

Arriving at the dealership (about 5 minutes before my allotted test drive), I was told to wait in the waiting area.

Where I waited for 30 mins, without any acknowledgment whatsoever, even some members of the team passed me. Where again, I was not even acknowledged, or made to feel welcome.
As it appeared to me that no one was available to take me out for the test drive, I therefore decided to leave the dealership.

Usually as a customer, you expect to be given a typical warm/fuzzy feeling when entering a dealership, to know that your custom was welcome (as one would expect).

I did not get that here at all.

I have no issues with waiting around for a sales executive to become available. But, it would have been appreciated if one of them had acknowledged me in the waiting area, or if their colleague was busy with another customer, to make me aware of this.

At the end of the day, it's not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Simply, I'll take my custom somewhere else.

Great service from Lewis, made buying a car easy and worry free. Facilities at the dealership are great, can even get lunch while you wait! Best of all, never felt pressured into anything more than what I wanted. Very happy with my new Kona :)

I’ve worked in the customer service industry for approximately 30 years, so I would like to think I have the knowledge to understand what good looks like. Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth are the most impressive operation that I have experienced in the past 10 years. Visited Richmond’s Hyundai Portsmouth Branch to have my Santa Fe serviced and browse the new vehicles in the showroom.

I was introduced to Markus Karim the sales executive assigned to me and my wife, from the moment of our first meeting Markus made us feel comfortable and welcome he was polite, courteous and knowledgeable with regards the products in the showroom.

During the tour of the showroom I expressed the possibility of a part exchange for a new Hyundai KONA, I was taken through the full process in a friendly non pressure way. Having taken onboard all the information, my wife and I decided on a part exchange, the complete transaction of trading in both our vehicles to the point where Markus introduced us to our new car the Hyundai KONA Hybrid was a painless and smooth experience. The transition from one to the other was done in a most efficient, friendly and easy manner and the hospitality shown to us particularly on the day we picked up our new car which I must stress we are highly delighted with. Having dealt with the Portsmouth branch of Richmond Hyundai on numerous occasions I nothing but high praise for the whole Team which make up Portsmouth Richmond Hyundai Motors, however a special mention must go to 3 members of the team, Markus in sales, Tarang in Servicing and Manager Jordan Murray.

Harry greeted us when we arrived and instantly there was a rapport. He was professional polite and very courteous.

Nothing was too much trouble, he answered all our questions appropriately.
