Georgia Matthews has been brilliant. From the moment we walked in to view (signed and ordered on the same day!!) The updates as we were waiting were spot on. Whenever I had a query nothing was too much trouble. Our car was hit a night before the drop off and pick up of our New Tucson and again Georgia dealt with it professionally and super efficiently. Highly recommend her. Our journey has run super smoothly and 2 months before original date.

Thomas Scammell was very professional in the way he dealt with my purchase. He made me feel welcomed, was polite and very understanding to me requirements. He helped narrow down to what type of car I was looking and showed me the cars, one of which I purchased after test driving. Thomas ensured everything was in place prior to collecting the car.

We were helped by Mihai, and the service was excellent. He was good-natured, straightforward and had answers to all our questions - and I had a lot of questions. Really happy with the car so far, and he's been there for follow-up questions.

I have just recently purchased a new car from Wilson’s Hyundai. Mihia and Alex were amazing, they made the whole process very easy and smooth making sure I was happy with everything, they went above and beyond helping me with my new car. A real credit to the company.

Had my first service at Wilsons and Elli at the service desk greeted me, she was very friendly and helpful. Didn't want my car back later in the day as I had to bus it back, Elli made sure it was completed by lunch time for me. Thank you so much.

Fantastic sales, not so with the service department. Having called to book my service I was told there were 3 safety recalls on my vehicle that I had not been made aware of, and they would need to do these at the same time. I said that was fine. I was then told because of this I couldn't book a "while you wait" appointment and I could only have an appointment between Tuesday and Thursday. Not overly convenient, but fine. They booked me in for a month's time. Then they called the day before, to say they had to cancel my service because they didn't have a part they needed for the safety recall (despite having had a month to order it?!). I was told they'd call in a couple of days when it was in and book me in. Heard nothing for a week so I called back and was told she needed to look at my files and would call me back. No call back and when I've tried calling 4 times over the course of today no one has answered, it just rings. I now have a car overdue for service, which may affect my warranty and no idea what is going on. Customer services couldn't even get hold of their service department and are having to email the manager! I've also been told that they were not safety recalls but service campaigns so my service has been cancelled for no good reason and I can't even call to book it in. I have used Ancaster in Croydon before and received excellent customer service so I may have to return there instead. Very disappointed with Epsom Hyundai.

"Wilsons Epsom Hyundai staff were very good because they explained everything well and did a good sales job. However, a few weeks before we wanted to buy GM and their staff were not honest as they showed one car and then wanted to sell another and told us of the lower mileage but the actual mileage was much higher. We decided not to buy that car as we couldn't trust them!"
