Communication from when I enquired, up until collection and even after collection of my new car has been the best experience I've had. Employees were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Gavan was great at showing us available second hand vehicles and looking for a car within our price bracket and with the specifications we were looking for. From seeing a car that we liked on the premises we were able to take it for a test drive and we decided to purchase it; all the finance agreements were processed quickly. Having started the buying process on a Friday I was able to collect my car the following Wednesday complete with new dash cam installed. Great service and each time we visited we were offered tea and coffee by the members of staff on duty. I was kept informed of how things were progressing at every stage. A great buying experience.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end even got a call a few days later to make sure I was happy with the car and if there was anything else I needed help with. Dealt with Ian at Upminster and no question was ever a problem and any information I needed was handled very quickly!!!!

The service to our car was very good. We transferred our service from Crayford to Upminster as it was nearer to us. We required an MOT and a service which was very good but we did not get a free valeting service that we did get at Crayford which was disappointing and why we only gave 4 stars instead of 5. We have a service plan for our car and assumed the valeting would be the same at all Ford Dealers. However the staff were very good and the repairs we needed were carried out very professionally and the price charged was reasonable.
