Marshall Hyundai - Gatwick

Bought my 2018 Tucson just shy of a year ago from there. Just got it back from its 4 year service and the level of detail of information given was brilliant. The video showing you through the health check on the under side of the car was especially good and although we didn’t have any issues I imagine if there was a problem that needed to be dealt with, being able to be shown it and have it explained would definitely put you at ease knowing that it’s actually necessary. We’ve always received really great customer service. Chris that sold us the car was great and the everyone one from the service department are incredibly helpful. The lady that works on reception is always very polite and professional and overall our experience has been excellent.

I am a new customer to Hyundai through the Motability Scheme. What a fantastic sales person Chris Pratt is. He is a Very pleasant young man and made everything so simple for me. We discussed a couple of models and with his help I’m delighted with the car I’ve chosen. He’s an asset to your company and I recommend any prospective customers to ask for Chris. He’s well informed about all Hyundai models.

First service on my Tucson and all went really well. Booking online was easy, courtesy car in great condition available, Andy in the service team detailed and explained everything well. All was as it should be and had been discussed. I will for sure take the car back to Marshalls for its next service.

Terrible and also confusing service. Had a problem with my clutch on a Hyundai Coupe, AA told me it was a slave cylinder leak, and also the gentleman from AA showed me the leak.

I thought best place to go is Hyundai as I thought I would get good service there and a proper diagnosis of what’s going on.

Gave my car in, they call me later in the day saying there’s nothing wrong with the car, and started hinting to me to change the master cylinder that costs over £500! I wasn’t sure what do say or so but I took their work for it that nothing was wrong… regrettably… as I paid £96 for a 1hour inspection that told me nothing was wrong with the car yet when I got home, I could still see the leak. I ended up calling a friend whose a mechanic and he fixed it for £80.

Now the slave cylinder is fixed and running great, which I’m happy about, but I got extorted from these guys… how can you tell me nothing is wrong with the car when there’s an obvious leak then charge me £96 for it… pathetic.

Hyundai had gotten back to me almost immediately and issued a full refund, and also launched an investigation into the matter, which I am very thankful for

As a woman I was dreading going in to test drive a vehicle as I am so not technical. I am delighted to say Alex Dempster made me feel at ease straight away. He was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced with all the vehicles on show. There was no pressure put upon me to make decision about the vehicle that I liked. I was happy and positive to go through with a sale and would recommend Alex to anyone.

Today i visited the Hyundai Gatwick leadership as I was looking to buy a Hyundai Tucson.
I have been served by Chris and I can definitely say that I had the best service ever.

Had such a great experience buying my Hyundai Tucson as Marshall Hyundai Gatwick. We were looked after by Chris Pratt (not the actor unfortunately but just as wonderful)! He did such a great job and was so helpful, thoughtful and open. Looked at many garages but the service here was second to none!
