Amazing service all through out the order process.

We got a new lovely Hyundai I20. It is stunning how easy it was to buy.

Even if we had a not so great car to exchange, Andrew and the team have helped us to exchange it for a much better one.

We found Murley Hyundai refreshing! Honest, straight talking, knowledgeable staff, who give you all the information & assist you to find what's right for you. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean, pleasant environment. We highly recommend Murley Hyundai to all & are really happy that we travelled to go there as they gave excellent customer service. I was really disappointed to take my car in for a service, that cost more than £400, for it to then come away in worse condition. The car had its spark plugs replaced by faulty ones, which caused misfiring in the engine, this was unacceptable. On top of this, it was a massive amount of inconvenience and stress for myself, and for a friend I had to rely on for a lift to the dealership. There was nowhere to drop my keys after my car was recovered by the AA, and the dealer was closed by the time I got there. The car could not drive over 15mph without violent vibrations, and risking further damage of the engine. This is not what I expect for my car, that is part of your N Performance range, worth £22,000. What made this worse is I was in no way offered any compensation for my time and the inconvenience, not to mention the fuel used in testing my vehicle, which appeared to be at least 10 miles each time. This also raises the question why was this not picked up in testing? I picked this issue up nearly as soon as leaving the forecourt, the fact these issues were not detected by a supposed trained professional over the period of a 10-mile test drive is ridiculous. Were it not for the fact that I am locked into a service plan for another year with the dealership in question, or if I had the opportunity to cancel this without cost to myself, I would do so instantly.

The only redeeming factor of this is I cannot fault Mehrun's customer service from the Service Booking team who at least gave me a courtesy car while mine was being serviced.

Matt at Murley was brilliant. He made our purchase of our new Kona N incredibly smooth and easy. They delt with all the paperwork beforehand which made the pickup of the car fast and easy. Matt himself was a really nice guy who understood all our needs in a car. The Kona N fitted our bill. The car was also delivered 4 months earlier then expected which was a nice surprise. The performance of the car is incredible and the buying experience to match.

We’ve just purchased our lovely car from Murley Hyundai. Would strongly recommend, very knowledgeable staff, lovely atmosphere (not your typical pushy salesmen) and overall fantastic experience. Special thank you to Gary who has been absolutely amazing during our purchase, great communication throughout the process, answered all of our questions and we had a very pleasant experience, especially comparing to some other dealers that we’ve recently been to. Andrew Moss was absolutely amazing..so was the Branch Manager.. I've had a really tough yr & with both of their help I got my dream car. I couldn't of asked for better service or communication. 5 ☆ isn't enough I would definitely give 100/100
