The play area was clean, tidy and smelt pleasant.
Will definitely be booking my daughter's birthday there in July
My Toddler and baby nephew went to this soft place last week , days later after not going out anywhere since coming to the play group both come up in blisters , after going to the local doctors in Birchington the doctors then told us they have catch “Hand , Foot & mouth”
I hope you guys look at this review and consider putting some sort of sanitary Rota in place for the staff between sessions or at least after the group of kids are done playing
I would like to highlight again that the facilities are not the problem , as it’s a very nice soft play for the kids it is primarily the sanitation issue
Hope to see some improvements in the future
The jungle is our favourite place, its always spotless and the staff are all amazing
Thank you for having us ❤️

I took three of my grandchildren aged 3, 6 & 8, they had a great time, each child made friends with other children of their own age. There was lots of areas, with climbing frames, slides, rope climbing frames, a zip line, swings, giant soft balls, a giant sand pit, an enclosure with kid goats and small ponies.
There's loads of benched tables, you can purchase food, snacks & drinks.
The toilet facilities are clean and tidy and the parking is free.
Attended the Christmas party for £12 a ticket. Advert says festive food and drink but there was none which is false advertising, heard member of staff say you used last years poster or something? There was entertainment from a band who were at unsafe volume. I appreciate someone did ask them to turn the volume down after i asked but was still at unsafe volume. The average was 85dbs which is beyond safe level’s especially for children. There wasn’t enough prizes for all the children which seems odd as you would have known how many children were coming from the ticket sales. Then my autistic nephew was told he wasn’t allowed a prize as they didn’t see him dancing- when he was dancing at our table as he struggles with crowds. Not going to go again.
