Visited for the first time yesterday. My 4 year old loved it. The Role Play section is amazing. We had great fun in the soft play too. It's a nice size to not panic when if I lose sight of him for a second - which is great if I'm bringing my younger one too. The whole area was clean, and could see staff keeping on top of cleaning whilst we were there. Everyone seemed friendly.

My only niggle- price is high when compared to other local facilities ie Riverside Hub. There is a lot more variety for different ages at Hub for a similar price point. The baby area could be greatly improved when you see how much Hub have going on. However the Role Play section here was much better so swings and roundabouts.

I have been to few other 360 centres and compared to them this centre is new and everything here is new and organised. The present play areas are especially good for pre school children.

Soft play area through out is clean and organised. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and I am even considering buying an annual peak time pass which costs £145 for a child and an adult. That's much better than £12.50 each visit which itself comes more than the annual if we visits once every month!

We came to Rushden Lakes as our local 360 was fully booked and wish we'd never made the 40 min drive! On arrival we weren't even checked in or spoken to. Just told to go through the gate. I didn't even provide a booking reference so I could have easily just walked in off the street and not paid.
Inside the staff were cleaning and vacuuming, which felt incredibly unsafe with wires trailing everywhere. I dont know why this was happening at 9.30am, time saving from the previous evening perhaps? We were so excited at first to find loads of role playing areas only to realise they were shabby with barely any items in them. The shop literally had a couple of baskets of fruit and a box of plastic bottle. Items were all in need of a thorough wash.

My 11 year old quickly became upset that there was little to do for her age group. The ping pong tables had no bats, one party who were using them had brought their own from home.
The cafe was very very overpriced, £11 for 2 machine coffees and 3 small fruit shoots.
The staff were absolutely miserable and inattentive. The purple haired lad operating the go karts had a real attitude problem, not allowing my daughters to ride (just shutting the gate and ignoring them) until I went to queue with them. He was continuously rude and mean to all the children, speaking harshly and rolling his eyes. And cleaning the karts between uses was an absolute joke, just spraying a mist of antibacterial in the general direction of the steering wheels!

After another parent shouted at my 4 year old for using a tunnel at the same time as her 1 year old we decided we would just leave. Once again, no check out, just ushered through the gate with barely a glance. The lack of safety of that is appalling, I could have taken anyone's children with me and they would have had no clue.

Absolutely miserable place, my children were so disappointed.

Lovely place, food and atmosphere are good, my kid loves it.
Regarding the reviews about it being busy etc, it's going to be busy as it's in a busy location and is a good venue.
If in doubt, ring up before hand or book a slot. Stop complaining about your own downfalls 😂

Great place. Brought our daughter here since just before she turned 1, safe environment so you can leave your children too it without the worry of leaving the building, adults can also go on the play frames to make sure your child is also happy on the equipment, loads of role-playing equipment as well to get the imagination going as well

Would highly recommend coming to 360 soft play especially if parents need a break

I've had a membership for my son for nearly a year now. It's really suited for his age 2.5 years. I've just got out another years membership for him and his brother now too. This is garenteed fun for my kids absolutely every time we go. He's never got bored. The staff have always been absolutely stand up each and every time, polite accomodating friendly. If I had any niggle at all it's the cleanliness could be improved - toilets often smell and it would be nice if areas were cleaner for my son who's still at crawling and standing age. Also the food range is fantastic. Personally I think it's expensive if you were paying one offs, but with our membership we are getting value for money and priceless memories there.

For a place that charges for its facilities, it’s pretty poor. The soft play part is ok, starting to look worn. The kids shops, boutiques and imaginary play is proper poor, not well kept, missing toys, dirty old fancy dress outfits and naff Lego sets. You would expect this with a nursery or somewhere who don’t have the budget but not a dedicated soft play centre, definitely cost cutting! So come on guys, spend some money, people are paying proper money, it was packed out, it’s not like you are lacking customers. Oh and the go karts are poorly operated… sorry to moan but ALL so true!
