Nice area brollies needed on all tables son broken not replaced. Young girls on food order really need a little customer service skills not listening when giving order talking to each other repeated 3 times still got wrong brown sandwich instead of white I did eat it ad couldn't be bothered to send back apart from that great for kids.

A little small and a slight gradient where you sit at a certain area which can be uncomfortable. A few wasps around but no wasp traps anywhere. Some staff need a course on manners and politeness. Could be improved.

Quite disappointed with todays visit

Limited bank holiday menu!
No mention of this on Facebook or when ringing to see if there was space for soft play
Bar snacks were almost out!

Ordered a cheese burger for £4.80 and was shocked to see it when it came out, the bun was a lot bigger than the minuscule burger and it was that cold the cheese stood hard on top!
I did say I wanted my money back and they did so no complaints with the complaint

Toilets were very dirty and smelly

Such a shame as we have visited numerous times over the years but not quite sure what had happened today

If it was my first visit I wouldn’t return sorry 😞

Went for a private function, staff very friendly and most helpful, great selection of drinks and everyone had a fantastic time, couldn't have been more welcoming. Great place for a stop off if your visiting Moira furnace or the national forest.

Took my 8 month old here for his first messy play session. It’s only a ten minute walk from me which is a bonus. It was such a fun experience and a great way to meet other parents. Gemma was so kind and put on a great session interacting with all the babies. Will definitely be back!

AVOID! Filthy place, extortionate frozen food and when I left a review on fb I was laughed at. Shocking business, no customer service at all

Quite good soft play, it has a bar :) that’s why it gets 2 stars….

Food is poor quality and overpriced! Pizzas come out hard and crusts are like breadsticks. £7 quid for loaded chunky fries, poor portion size, the only thing they were loaded with was disappointment!

Won’t bother again I don’t think, better places around.

Visited 6 months ago great. Revisited last week for a roast dinner - the roast dinner was lovely unfortunately the glasses were dirty still had lipstick on, the cutlery was dirty and the bar service was terrible. When complained was given drink in another dirty glass, cutlery not much better and got fed up of waiting at the bar for another drink. The staff were very apologetic 😊 Other than these facts, amazing food and, eventually, drinks!
