A fun place to spend time with your kids. Lots of soft play area , a soft basketball area and few slides. The cafe inside serves great meal and nice hot/cold beverages. There’s a party hall upstairs looks fun with all flashing lights. Could get really busy at peak times and I ended up standing for more than an hour waiting for a table/ chair while the little one was having fun.

We were visiting from St Albans and saw quite mixed reviews. I was totally flattered with different equipments given for children to play with.. Bouncers to rock for babies. Lovely hot food specially the vegan wrap. Delicious. Plenty of seating and clean play area. Absolutely lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Visited on Saturday and it was packed!
The staff seems fed up and unhappy as a whole. Took an hour to get a panini made and at that they forgot about it. The lady explained they can't cope doing normal food and a child's party.
My advice despite signs saying your not allowed to take your own food in, I would. Its manic in there no one would actually notice.
Right on a positive note....parking is free. My 4yr old loved it! Big soft play and in great condition. We spent 3hrs playing and he loved it.
£3.50 per extra adult which is steep! You pay 50p more for turning up rather than booking online.
Could be so much better if it was run correctly by management.

This is such a gem of a place! Had some real changes recently, had a recent deep clean so we feel perfectly safe and the staff could not be more friendly. the food is great value and large portions! My grandsons absolutely love coming here and there are so many activities to join in too, mine like the music session with instruments and singing.
If you haven’t been recently give it a go….

WE LOVE THIS VENUE!!
Been bringing my son since he was six months old (now 5) - we get the annual pass which is superb value for money and means we drop in anytime for as long as we like. Staff are great and always remember my boys name, kept clean and tidy - great selection for the kids and even better I now get some me time while he gets worn out!

My granddaughter had her birthday party here this evening and it was loved by everyone. They had so much fun in the soft play area and then went upstairs to the disco which was great. The members of the team there entertained the children by getting them involved with the party dances. Well done to all involved in running the parties 👏

We Had a party here for my child, that ran smoothly thanks to your friendly helpful front of house staff (special mention to Angelina) party host and spiderman who unexpectedly payed my child a lovely visit which he really appreciated and has not stopped telling people about it! Thank you! we really appreciated that! Food was not up to standard on this day, however assistant manager contacted me and assured me, kitchen will be receiving more training and they will be improving the food. So all in all I am happy with our experience.

Today I visited, like I do on a regular basis, and experienced the sing and dance class with Casey! What a treat this was! My little one loved it and so did the other kids! Casey is great great! The big bosses need to know how good she is!! Thank you

Great facilities also! Love it when you polish the green slide….super fast 😀

Only criticism….you guys made a sensory area….with a “plug wall” for the kids to Play with….hard enough to stop them doing this at home without it been seen as a toy .
