Still new, nice and clean, but way too hot on a warm day. The air conditioning doesn't work other than in the party room.
Funky looking inflatables and slides and a large soft play unit will cater to many. Menus for the cafe offer the usual pizzas and co.

The kids loved it and lots of different things Todo for them. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food a little over priced but to be expected. Only complaint is no fans when kids running around they should have fans to circulate air and cool down.

disappointed, some of the staff lack training, I was extremely upset when an element took my child's cake plate that was even a birthday to put it in the trash without giving time for the child to eat the cake. among other situations that displeased me a lot The space it is pleasant, but it becomes bad when the service is not of quality, in relation to the price and the quality of the service I can only say that it is terrible. it was definitely a bad experience not recommended

Amazing professionalism, the staff at hand were incredibly helpful, informative and proactive. The food was delicious and all parents and children left full but also complementing the staff on serving up amazing food to eat.

I would strongly recommend this particular branch for a party.

Recently attended a birthday party. Facilities were good and the kids had a really good time.

BUT the staff although initially ok, are clueless, young, inexperienced and seem like have no training to deal with kids or health and safety.

Staff were literally chucking food at kids' plates like they are animals.

God forbid an accident happend, staff would not have a clue how to deal with it. The young manager was himself busy chatting to his friends and least bothered.

Toddler Time was perfect for my 3 year old and 18 month old. They got to jump/toddle around without the worry of being in the way of the older children who are a bit more active on the trampolines. The soft play is really good for them too, some nice smaller areas for the younger one and something more adventurous for the eldest. The cafe is really good, serving kids lunch boxes, pizzas, ice creams and hot and cold beverages. A great morning out!

We recently had my daughters 5th birthday party at jump in.
The manager Noel was extremely helpful sorting the booking, he made it very easy and stress free.
The staff were friendly and accommodating too.
Highly recommend, we will be back.

I'm sure this is a good fun place for young kids but my teens were continuously frustrated by the younger ones running around completely ignoring rules and respect for other bouncers. This place asks you to watch a video before you arrive to ensure safety but I doubt the staff have a clue what's in there - they were absolutely useless. Gravity Force staff were completely in control whereas this place is a shambles. The equipment looks fun and I didn't see any accidents but when it's busy, I wouldn't trust this lot to look after the safety of my young kids. We will definitely not return.
