Rascals Softplay Epsom

This is probably the best softplay we’ve been to, my 2 year old son had so much fun today. It’s very clean and tidy and it’s decorated nice and colourfully. The play area looks bright, new and modern. Staff are friendly and there’s a nice selection of food and drink. Will definitely be returning very soon.

First time here today.
Rode solo with my toddler and newborn.
The ladies were EVER SO welcoming and understanding. They couldn't do enough for me. I felt very supported in there. Its so clean, bright and fun - shame my toddler like to go in the real kitchen and play with the bins... !
The customers / Mums were even so lovely too which is rare as you take your kids to a lot of soft-plays and no one really socialises (hard to I know) but no one really sticks together as Mums and I got that feeling today. Got chatting to a few Mums. Gave me a lot of confidence and one Mum even offered to look-over my toddler whilst I fed baby.
Can't wait to come back here, - is a bit of a drive from where we are but it kills the morning. Good selection of snacks and meals too!

Good for small babies, not big enough to accommodate group of tiny babies at the same time with active 3-4 year olds. My 4 year old had a nice time until big group of babies arrived. Not enough space for a 4 year old to go from one toy to another without bumping to a baby. Unreasonable and unnecessarily confrontational parents made it a horrible experience for us, will never go back again.

Great place to take toddlers and a great in between place for younger children without fear of them being knocked down by elder kids. However I've knocked off a star as there isn't much there for younger children that works (i.e. the under 1s). A lot of the toys needed their batteries replacing when we were there which was disappointing and it would be useful if there were a few toys suitable for the under 6 months e.g. Fifi firefly

Great place to take the kids for an hour and a half. Nice clean play area with a bouncy castle and a good selection of toys. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee available.

Went today with my 2 g daughters will def be going again lovely place very clean plenty of nice toys and bouncy castle area . We had lunch which was cooked fresh and lovely coffees. Staff very friendly

Perfect soft play for pre schoolers. The cage serves lots of nice food at a good price. My daughter loves it here and we visit as often as we can

Just found out they do Fizz Friday too! Where you can have prosecco. Amazing!

A+ soft play in Epsom. Very clean and great services. Lovely place to take your little one in.
