Joe's Jungle Soft Play

We had a great time here today at Joe's jungle. It was our first time visiting and we loved it.
The staff are all very pleasant and friendly, particularly the nice lady with the glasses, who came out to give my husband his jumper after leaving it on the back of a chair!
The place is kept clean and well looked after.
My son had a toddlers lunch; sandwich, fruit, yogurt and juice box. All fresh and great portion size.
Great vibes at this place and I will definitely be coming back again.
Also there is free parking on site, couldn't ask for anything more :)

Came here for my sons party last month and I was so disappointed with it. The play part was ok but no staff in sight on the play area as advertised. But the kids enjoyed it. Sadly when it came to eating the staff were told in advance on the booking form that a dairy free child was attending and was told again when we arrived. Sadly they had no food available for a dairy free child and didn't even know what food a dairy free child could eat. The children were only sat down for around 5 minutes and they rushed out the cake and ice lollies and after 15 minutes they kicked all the kids out the eating area even though I had paid for the exclusive use of that area and a lot of children hadn't finished eating and they made them go and play instead.
Very disappointed and will go elsewhere next time so the children can eat for the time I paid for

Took my nephews here the other day staff were very pleasant and understood our needs and informed us of the Sunday SEN day which is amazing to find a facility that has this.
Play area clean and safe, parents area clean and tidy. Well worth going for a fun couple of hours.

Pretty disappointing tbh.
Popped in with my 18month old while my car was in for repair.
Paid £5 for him to basically play in dirty soft play (literally looked like a vacuum hadn't been taken to it's cracks in a year)
And the box of baby toys that used to be well stocked, had 1 tiny toy left!
My friend then joined with her 8 month old and was also charged £5 for her to basically only be able to play with the tiny plastic toy 😞
Other than that, staff were lovely and cup of tea was nice 👍

One of the beat soft plays in redditch one of my children was hurt by another child and a lovely lady who works there got her an ice pack and gave her a lolly pop!

Absolutely disgusted with this place. We decided to book to bring the children over the Christmas period as a treat. We paid £14 for a 2 hour slot, the website said the slot started at 2pm. We arrived bang on 2pm and the place was already busy, I asked the girl who said since Covid they've kept to 2 hour slots but people can arrive when they want to. I said that is ridiculous we've been sat at home waiting for our slot, it should just say you are open.

She explained that they close to clean the place over lunch, it is filthy there is no way it has been cleaned, dirty tables, the floor is disgusting (photos attached). Really disappointed with a poor experience.

My son really enjoyed it! The play area was a good enough size for him to play with friends. It was nice and clean, impressive when children are your guests!

We ordered food today for my daughter (2.5 years ) and for my mom. As we were eating we noticed there was insect on the lettuce. My mom mentioned this to the member of staff after few mins another member of staff came and apologised. She asked my mom if she would like to have drink we said no. My mom was extremely upset we spent around £30 for food drinks and entrance. Service could have been better we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
