We went on a day where they had a role play room as part of the ticket price. We were pleasantly surprised. We thought the role play was the little kitchen and ice cream props that was set up in the alcove by the toilets, so when they announced the "role play room" was open, we were thrilled there was more! Towards the end, there was bubbles and songs too which the little ones loved. The soft play was perfect for toddlers. Any older and I think it may not be suitable. I felt that the junior section was perfect for the toddlers and the toddler section was better suited for babies. In terms of soft play venues, it's tiny and doesn't have much other than small slides, however all the other added extras they do makes up for it all. The grounds are lovely and it looks like there are other interesting little businesses there like a uniform shop, but we didn't venture to any of these as it was pouring down. It'll be lovely in the summer, especially for picnics! There is also a little park to play on outside the venue. We saw there were some chickens roaming freely, that was nice to see too. It wasn't too busy when we went, in total there was around 10-15 other children. We will definitely return when the weather is better.

This review is an overall assesment...Inside for toddler soft play area was good as was the cafeteria and the staff inside were excellent (5 stars) however, outside in the play areas and to be fair I don't know which part of the business is responsible but it needs tidying up and the proper floor surfaces under the swings and other areas...its a great location with different businesses on site so that's why only 3 stars for the moment.....we will be back for afternoon tea...just children's play area needs sorting...

The cafe is definitely worth a visit very good food and the staff are lovely. You may have to book a table because it can get busy as the cafe is very popular.

We visited here to take the kids to soft play for the first time and we all enjoyed the experience. While it's relatively small, it was a nice relaxed environment, especially for small children. Our kids are four and two and they loved it
