Attended a birthday party, no real briefing for the kids who were 5, told to watch a video with no sound in a busy area.

No dedicated party host to coach the kids doing it for the 1st time. Was told as a parent I have to pay to supervise my child when they had no control of the environment.

It’s no wonder you have to sign a waiver when the staff simply don’t care.

Not a great experience

Clean and staff were helpful, the food thing they do here is a quick safety video. A bit pricey for what it is for an hour 😞. They charge extra for socks which should be included in the price

This place has some of the most friendliest and helpful staff I have ever experienced! All 5 kids loved the soft play and we had a great afternoon. My only negative is that we came away with a few friction burns from the slide so I would advise kids legs to be covered. Obviously this isn't ideal when they're getting hot and sweaty.

I'd never been before, and was very happy with my greeting on arrival and saw that it was very clean and not too busy. My daughter and her friend had a great time, and the friend after much encouragement from a staff member, jumped off the high jump area. I'll definitely come again with both my kids and have a go myself ☺️

This a great place to have a party or go with friends. It is a well organised business and has a good safety policy in place for children. It has a nice soft play area and plenty of seating for waiting adults. There are party rooms upstairs. The only downside seems to be the quality of food but that is probably expected on most party places. Plenty of parking and I will certainly take the children there again.

Nice place however was over crowded, to many children in the area at one time. The safety rule 1 child per square is difficult to adhere to with the number of children. Party room is small, only big enough to have the children without the adults. Would go back but only on a quite day.

We've been there many times, but first time actually organising a party. From the first moment speaking with James we knew we were in good hands. Angela made sure things ran smooth and slick leading up to and on the day. And massive shout out to the most pleasant, and friendly host Beth!! She completed the icing on the cake with her genuine care, beautiful smile and efficiency making the chaos of 20+ kids so much easier to bear!! Thank you so much to the team, we had an amazing and memorable day!!

We had a fabulous combi party here last week for my sons 7th birthday. All of the children enjoyed themselves on both the trampolines and the soft play. The adults all enjoyed lovely coffees and hot chocolates from the cafe and the children’s party food was delicious - they all loved the pizza and chicken nuggets.
Our party host was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us and also the manager Sue Lloyd who kept checking in on us to make sure we were happy with everything.

Would definitely recommend booking a party here - 10/10! Thank you :)
