I have to say that this is the best jeweller's to go to in chelmsford had a problem with a ring that had got to small and tight on my finger and was causing me problems and would not come off and went in and they got it off for me with no problems with absolute great service

I had the most amazing experience today with Lovedays. They spent over an hour with me, choosing a gold chain and pendant. The staff were so helpful and kind, we spent ages chatting and trying on different pieces. The customer service was honestly out-standing. The whole experience when buying jewellery is so important and personal. When I look at my chain and pendant, I'll always remember the friendly and heart-warming experience I had with Lovedays. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic jewelers, received brilliant customer service when looking for a chain for my daughters 21st and even ordered in a couple more options for us to choose from. They will always go that extra mile to help!
They also do repairs as well as make jewelry on site and have done a fantastic job on damaged family rings in the past. Would not go anywhere else!

Needed a necklace and watch fixed, lovedays was able to sort this for me quickly and very easily. Really good customer service. Definitely recommend.

I've just had my engagement ring resized as it was a little too small and the service from Lovedays was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful, and it was at a really good price compared to other quotes I'd been given. Very quick turnaround as well, even just before Christmas! Thank you again.
