My husband and I always use Burrells when we want to buy any jewellery and also recommend it to friends. Their customer service is superb and Amanda in particular is extremely helpful and personable. Their after care is also excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been dealing with Burrells now for at least 15 years. Whether buying watches, having jewellery made/redesigned or buying jewellery off the counter the service has always been exemplary. Amanda is our contact here however all the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have dealt with Burrells for several years, mostly purchasing of watches and a little jewellery. They have always been very professional and great customer service if any problems have arisen. I sat down and had a look at some of their Tudor watches with Ashley. I have to say, it was a fantastic experience and I would thoroughly recommend Ashley when you're next thinking about a watch purchase. A breath of fresh air compared to other people I have spoken to and dealt with recently about a purchase.

Hi, not sure if this is the place but I had the most fantastic experience in your Tonbridge Wells store. I needed a specific Tissot watch for my wife's 40th birthday and Ashley dealt with everything brilliantly. He sourced the watch and was personable and friendly whilst on the phone. When in store today, Ashley greeted me and seemed genuinely pleased that he had helped. His rapport was outstanding with both me and my 6 year old son. It is so great to see such a warm and personal touch in the retail sector and I will most definitely use Berrulls again. It would be great if this feedback reaches him. Many thanks James
