I took my Skagen watch in and they repaired it for me. It looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier! Special thanks to Zoe and the rest of the staff for being very welcoming and polite!

After being messed around by a mainstream jeweller we visited our local jewellers to seek a gents wedding ring.
Within a week of enquiry the ring was bespoking made and sent back to the shop. Brilliant throughout and great communication to ease the process further.

Went in for an urgent and sensitive repair on two precious rings with huge sentimental value, this was done to the highest standard and at a great price, this has always been my go to place for Jewellery but the service I received this time was second to none, the rings were ready super fast and the price was amazing. The customer service and warm welcome always comes as standard and they never fail to exceed my expectations thank you so much.

Helpful, kind & professional staff at this traditional Melton Mowbray jewellers. Have purchased new items here & had repairs & engraving done. All completed calmly, quickly & at a reasonable price.
Tricky entrance step (one VERY high) for those with mobility problems. Also in-store change of level steps. But chairs are available to sit during transactions.
Final point, if they don't have it they'll get it for you - just ask 🙂
