brought a ring from them for £319.20 in December 2016 , had to take it back because a diamond fell out that was in July 2017 , now the same thing has happened and they are telling me its wear and tear lol.
I have also purchased a watch for £250 quid and had an issue with the strap and purchased a chain for my wife that also had to go back .
In short i wouldnt buy anything from them

We got a wedding ring set from here and it lasted 2 months before breaking. It was not a cheap set. They sent it away to be fixed and came back still broken. Now they want to charge us for repair and don't have a replacement. Not good and would suggest using another company instead of them. After sales is rubnish

Fantastic traditional high street jewelery store! Always find the staff so helpful & friendly whenever we visit here. There are often many price deals being offered from a decent range of quality products & watches and is a store would definitely recommend.

My partner bought me a stunning watch for my birthday and am super happy with it Al customer service is allways 10/10 with a smile

Made an online purchase. 4 days after it was meant to be delivered I got an email saying that its now out of stock and a refund will be prossesed in 2-4 weeks time. Pointless.

More than twice as expensive than most places

Fantastic store with great staff that were only to happy to help, no hard sell just good sound advice and lots of help! Can't thank the ladies in there enough!
