My husband bought my engagement ring from Fitzgerald’s 14 years ago, so when it sadly broke earlier this year it made sense to take it back to them for repair. The service I received was excellent, and the lady that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The repair itself took a bit longer than I was originally quoted but it was worth the wait! My ring is better than ever, and just so sparkly! Thanks so much.

Fitzgerald is definitely my favourite jewellers and apparently everyone else’s too! Their shop is beautiful and the staff are lovely. They carry gorgeous independent brands and I have built up quite the collection of pieces. I will keep shopping there again and again! After 14 years of being together we finally got married in June. In our search for rings, Fitzgerald was the first Jewellers we visited and from the moment the door opened the service we received was excellent. Fabulous experience working with the team to remodel an old family engagement ring. Cannot recommend Fitzgerald enough! Last year I had my wedding ring resized at another jewellers and not even a year later it had completely snapped at the join, and they would not repair it again unless I paid for it and took no responsibility. I walked into Fitzgerald after seeing great reviews and the customer service I received throughout was fantastic! So understanding of how upset I was that my wedding ring was broken, and they explained exactly what they would do to repair it. I dropped it off and 3 weeks later it was finished, collected it and it looks incredible! Cannot see any previous damage and the work that has been carried out has been done to the highest spec. If I ever have any other issues or needs with my jewellery Fitzgerald will be my first port of call now. Thank you all so much!
