Very rude staff! We spend long time waiting to be shown the jewelry and in the end nobody can be helpful. Shame on It! Pls sellers learn how to treat a customer in a good way. This is the minimun we expect!

Be careful buying as told if rings weren’t correct you could return to any store. Westfield Shepherds Bush refused on basis Ealing store is a stand-alone franchise

Arrive, looked around very clean store , 2 sales assistant , one approached us and ask if she could help , we said yes , showed her the item we wanted , few seconds later the she left us hanging and went to help someone else , even though she was still meant to be helping us . I find this very rude !
No one was monitoring how many people could come into the shop . maximum of five customers and at one point there was twice this .
Eventually I got served by the other sales assistant who was very polite and accommodating and patience.

Very helpful staff, good choice of stock. I can't find anything to fault. Excellent experience.
