Terrible customer service. went in on Saturday. shop was quiet, one member of the sales staff was serving a customer, the other two members of the sales staff ignored us and were having a personal conversation about lunch, we waited 5 minutes to see if they would come over and they didn't even though we were only other people in the shop. Eventually had to interrupt the conversion to get served. Felt as though we were inconveniencing them to try and buy something. Item was not right and we decided to take this back, (not fault of the product, just not right for us) same member of staff as at the weekend made us feel like we were again in the wrong trying to return the goods. She questioned why we were returning it, and was very rude.. again.

I highly recommend the Customer Services provided here. The Store Manager and the Staff is very helpful, kind and generous. I was made to feel welcoming, calm and good. The Best Store in entire London.

Visited the store today to do a like for like swap for a pair of earrings that was gifted to me. Cashier, petite Asian girl with a head scarf, wasn’t even interested in looking at my item or hearing my story, she simply asked if I had a receipt and because I didn’t there was nothing she could do.
After reading the Swarovski Return Policy displayed at the cash desk, which clearly states ‘Any item retuned in a pristine condition will be exchanged at the current price or offered a gift card’
I challenged her service and she offered to call her Line Manager whom was on Annual Leave. Just want to make a note, my exchange was a £75 pair of earrings!

Her manager also refused and explained that she was having a lot of exchanges without receipt and therefore she would not authorise mine.

As I found this bizarre I rang Swarovski’s Customer Care team to understand my customer rights. What I wasn’t aware the Sales Assistant who was serving me originally had left the cash desk to call Customer Service and get them decline my exchange. A very uptight and robotic care representative also said there was nothing anyone could do for me as I didn’t have a proof of purchase and that he would pass on feedback regarding the Refund Policy that is displayed in all Swarovski stores as well as the policy on the receipts.

I feel like this was an act of discrimination and that the service here is unacceptable. I’m pretty sure if it was somebody else they would of honoured their consumer rights.

Wouldn’t recommend shopping here!

the manager/supervisor who worked on 30/10/22 is genuinely such a rude person. i asked one question which was if they were aware if any online items would be restocking soon and i was rudely answered and asked why i came in to their store if i didn’t want to buy anything. will definitely be reporting the rude behaviour.

Love this shop and it's sparkly products. Always lifts the spirits and it you are buying a gift then it always feels special. But it won't break the bank but the items don't look cheap. Good solid quality products.
