Excellent service from Josh at Brayley Kia Harpenden witha good deal for the new Sportage. Whilst there was a delay in delivery of our new car, in common with all cars generally, we were kept informed and when our car did arrive, the hand over, was carried out in a friendly and efficient way.

Great dealership, ordered through Josh, who was very honest during the ordering process in terms of what model/spec to go for. Kept me updated throughout and provided great customer service! Would recommend!

Absolutely worst of Franchise ever, they will promise you everything then go back on their word, car is faulty from first day, when I said they should take it back they told me there will be mileage charges because I was using the vehicle, despite the fact by LAW within 14 days they should take it back for full refund. Then more and more things were coming out which they were hiding or stating they were happy with condition of the car given it’s age (1 year 8000miles) this was said by Dan sales manager, Josh stated that paint is scratched because it’s the nature of the paint. Mazda UK is of no help at all, avoid Brayley’s as this is not first time from this franchise and avoid Mazdas as Mazda UK doesn’t want to hear anything because dealer didn’t raise it. Dealt with Richard Lodge Franchise director who ordered correction of geometry after 3 visits, turned out they just adjusted it so steering was straight but 2 front tires got ruined. You’re better off buying a car from shady shop without address.

Based on answer below, it's not that they're not to my satisfaction, issue is not fixed, period.
