Both me and my boyfriend went to Kia having an idea of what we wanted. We then met Adam who helped us choose a car understanding our circumstances and helping us as much as he could to making sure our car was perfect for us. Thank you so much for everything we’re very happy with our car and can’t wait to make memories with it!

Adam my sales advisor was excellent from start to finish. Very genuine and goes the extra mile to help ie set-up, connection etc and kept me updated on the hold process. Paperwork was a breeze with his help and I found him very knowledgeable.

Adam was incredibly helpful, straightforward and professional. I felt as though I was in safe hands and he really took the time to set up everything needed for me to drive away completely happy with my new car. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else - highly recommend.

Bought my car I for a software update, was told it would take a couple hours to complete. Took a seat in the waiting area where coffee and tea facilities were available. Once my car had been worked a member of staff found me and told me it was ready. Clean well presented showroom.

took my wife's car in for a service on a 'wait until ready' basis and was advised it could take about 2 hours. The car was ready after about 90 minutes, so I was happy.

Hussain and Chris are incredible /sale personnel’s and customer service advisor. They took time during tutorial to enable you understand how the car works.
They answered my questions with smile and ease. They tailor my experience to meet my needs.

Genuinely enjoyed the experience at Kia upgrading my new electric car. The niro 4 is a jump up in quality and comfort. Adam our salesperson could not have been more accommodating and transparent . A real pleasure to deal with.

Bought a new car from them, terrific service. But when people sell you a car you'd expect that. The real test is how they service it later.

Well I'm happy to report the service department is stellar! Adel, Kate and Dan the tech where all super helpful, efficient and nice. Really impressive and I've had my share of service departments (in other brands and dealers) in the past.
