Helpful Manager and sales person. Felt confident that they would genuinely do their best to support us during our purchase process between now and Feb/March 2023. Seemed genuine and honest .

We placed an order online on 21/09 including a part exchange for a used Kia Stonic. I paid £1239 remaining balance and arranged delivery of the car and collection of the part ex. I was honest about the condition and mileage of the car but after several emails and calls, which I was trying to avoid (hence tho online order)I was given a much lower price for the part ex and decided not to proceed with the order. Initially this wasn’t a problem for us and I requested a refund on the 22/09 so we could continue our search, I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for the refund I have spoken with the sales person Jack and was told a week ago that the refund had been processed. Email yesterday and today but no updates. Not happy with the service here at all, obviously the online sale system is just go get leads and once the moneys in the pot they don’t want to give it back! Perrys are not a company I will ever do business with again and would not recommend.bought 2 cars from them online over the bank holiday and both sales failed do not buy online from this company it will only leave you frustrated!

Absolutely fantastic service from all staff I interacted with, from booking a viewing with a car to buying the car, all was amazing! I'd definitely recommend a friend and family member to buy from here, a great friendly service, thankyou so much for all your help!

It was a good experience. The salesman, Chris, was a delight to do business with. He was friendly, put my wife and I at ease and did not use hard sell tactics. Part exchange can be a more expensive way to buy a replacement car but I felt confident throughout.

Collected our new car today,
Anthony promised to rectify a few minor faults on our first viewing.
These were all completed and ready to go.
Excellent service and a credit to Perrys.

i recently purchased a used car from perrys burnley and everyone i dealt with was so lovely. the salesman who sorted everything for me was anthony and i couldn’t have been treated any better. it was my first time buying a car myself and they all made the process so easy. despite some hiccups, anthony went out of his way to help me finalise the purchase and get the vehicle. there was always someone to answer my questions and queries and i couldn’t be more grateful for the team, thank you to everyone and id highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to buy a car!!

Fab experience buying my new used car with Kia Burnley. Sarah was very friendly, knew her stuff and took her time to let me try out the car and answer my questions. Great service and very personal - she even sorted my blue tooth! Would recommend!
