Kia Durham

Cannot find words enough to describe our recent purchase. From start to finish Anthony, Jack and Richie excelled going above and beyond to help us through choosing the car to sorting the finance and collecting the vehicle (which arrived earlier than we expected!). Everyone at the dealership are so friendly and helpful. This is our third car from Stoneacre Durham and we will certainly be back for our fourth!

Booked a test drive and was still waiting a full 45 mins after the appointment time. I sat and watched other staff chatting amongst themselves or even leaving for the day but they seemed to only have one person able to deal with test drives and they were too busy to help.

Technical knowhow.
Today my visit to Kia Durham Stoneacres was a very worthwhile experience. Having bought a Demonstration model of a Kia Picanto on line from Kia Chester, Cheshire meant that I had not benefitted from the usual detailed showroom viewing one would expect. The Owner's Handbook was full of technical jargon which had me scratching my head. Richard in the Brandon branch came to my rescue today. What ever technical question I asked, he had the answer, and I felt 100% satisfied that I could leave knowing how to enjoy the full benefit of my new car with all its up to date devices. Bought my car here, really easy and relaxed experience. Richie was great throughout, helped to find my perfect car!

Very frustrated. My car was in for repair and firstly, despite being told that it would be back the same day, they called me that afternoon to say that they needed an extra part so it would need to be kept in overnight. I had to make other arrangements to get home from work given that I had no car. The following day I heard nothing from Kia all day. Called them that afternoon for an update and after making some calls they discovered the driver had delivered the car to my work instead of home and they said it was now too late in the day for them to get it back home to me. They offered to drop me off at work the next morning to get the car but I declined as didn't trust them to show. Poor communication throughout. Won't be using again.
