Draycotts Kia

I recently bought a Kia Ceed from Draycotts, which I'd seen advertised online. Living a good few hours away, I was impressed with how Roger Middleton looked after me as a remote customer and effectively an distance purchase. They arranged part exchange of my Sportage, and also arranged delivery for me and I am over the moon with the car and the customer service involved with the sale. What a pity I don't live closer or I would be using them for my servicing too based on the customer service I experienced from Sales. Thanks again - a very happy customer!

Jamie was absolutely fantastic. I got my Kia Niro 3 via Motability and Jamie was extremely helpful throughout. He always greeted me with a smile and never rushed or pressured me and never made me feel like a nuisance (although I am sure I was as I was very excited)!

100% recommend the wonderful people here. After going around most of the dealerships in the area I found Jamie and the rest of the team to be the most helpful which definitely made my decision to go with them even easier!

Really nice people. This is the only Kia dealership that I feel I can trust. I have been scammed by 3 others in the past.

Had a slight concern with warning light so popped in. Dealt with very pleasantly as usual and service Dept had a quick look and declared it ok. Would highly recommend

Most importantly I’m delighted with my new Kia car, I absolutely love it! These cars really have come on such a long way. Anyone thinking getting a Kia new or used. I highly recommend these guys. Was asked to be there for 8.30 so thought Mot would be started early but was still there at 10.15,not very warm in there either. Have to say very nice people and helpful too
