Canterbury Kia

I have visited these premises a number of times for vehicle service. The only negative I've had here was with a salesman who I found to be very rude. Since then my dealings have been with the service staff who are always very helpful.
There is onsite parking, and wheelchair access. Tea and coffee is always offered on visits.

Purchased a Kia Nero electric superb car...there was an oversight following a question i had, but a very polite sales person has now contacted me to my total satisfaction. Good aftersales

I used the service department at Kia Canterbury. They were amazing. A young lady Carly was very helpful she couldn’t do enough to help me My car was fully checked for me and I now feel safe to drive it. They were professional and quick. I was kept updated the whole time I can not recommend highly enough

Today I exchanged my Kia XCeed for a Kia Stonic. I was delighted with the service I received from both Tom and Carl. They put me at ease and answered all my questions. I've always gone to Kia for my cars. I love the product and 7 year warranty. Thank you Kia for looking after me so well.

Tom and Carl are amazing!! Tom gave me and my husband a great deal on our cars and Carl was great with my mum and dad and helped them get the perfect car for them at a great price.

Abominable service year old Sportage broke down after 6 days the sales manager was really unhelpful. Apparently might take months to repair. We tried to change it for a more expensive one but apparently as it was not Kia approved they would not offer us the same price for our part exchange Range Rover. Please be really careful if buying a second hand car from them. I really couldn’t believe the complete lack of interest from the manager. Should be ashamed of themselves! We have got our money back and gone elsewhere

Failed to diagnose a fault on our new Kia Picanto which our son worked out even though he's not a car mechanic. It was also diagnosed by the RAC within minutes when we later had to call them out. Left us with a dangerous to drive car!

Went there to have a look at the EV6. The receptionist was really nice, friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately they only had one EV6 which was out the back.
When the receptionist asked one of the sales team for help they were too busy.
What was annoying was that there were 2 of the sales team at their desks not looking busy.
Not a great first impression.
How can a garage have one of their most important cars not in the show room?!
