HandM Laundrette - Tooting

Exceptionally rude and unprofessional, i simply needed some change for the wash and the old fella was getting confrontational about it as if I were stealing his money. He must have been eating something and was spilling his food all over me, talking and hovering over me whilst I was handling my laundry. How do you expect to run a laundrette with this type of attitude? The prices are ridiculously high for such poor service. Appalling , avoid like plague.

Friendly owner with a great sense of humour. Driers are not as expensive as other laundries.

Good hygenic places.

Good 😊 machines at good rates.
Dryers always in demand, five minutes from tooting Broadway and 5 minutes from tooting station.

Iceland, Savers and pub opposite if you require anything.

Definitely one of the best Laundrettes in SW. Owner is very nice he had change for me to dry my clothes.

Closing time on the door says 8pm so I politely ask the man why he was closing earlier if the time displayed has changed but in a very aggressive manner he replied back he shouldn't give any explanation to me and he would reply only if I was giving him money, but money for what exactly?
As a regular customer I was giving you money for the services you offer but definitely you won't see me again.
He became aggressive to me once I told him there was no need to be rude and I felt disrespected.

Avoid, apparently customers don't deserve his attention and respect.

Every time I’ve been the owner has been exceptionally rude. He always shuts the shop an hour before closing time, speaks down to customers, and on my most recent visit wrung wet clothes out on me to cover me in water.

Will not return and would advise others to do the same.

Use regularly to wash and dry large amount of items for my business. Always friendly and provides a great service.
