Winnall Launderette

Haven't been to a launderette for many years so hadn't a clue! The lady was very helpful explaining which machine to use, supplying change and giving guidance on how long my duvet would take to dry. Great service. Will definitely use again when the time comes.

We arrived in Winchester after a very long drive, and went to the local launderette to freshen our clothes. The woman manning the place had the worst customer service and attitude we had ever experienced.
She actually scared us out of the place with her rudeness, I have never been spoken to like that by a stranger who is providing a service.
I would definitely avoid this place... Especially if you are expecting to wash anything an hour and a half before they close... As the lady is clearly desperate to leave!

Absolute WORST customer service i have ever experienced. Confused how on earth anyone could rate this place above a 1 star?? The woman running this place is nasty and rude, such a disappointment and a let down for Winchester. If your thinking about coming here.. DONT!

I have not been to a laundrette for many years. I will definitely be going to this one again, mainly because the atmosphere was fabulous. The lady and gentleman who were managing the operation were amazing, created a warm and friendly environment.
My clothes were washed and dried as expected, the only reason I have given 4 stars is some of the machines were out of order.
So 5 stars for the team on site, thank you for all your help showing me how to use everything, and for the great conversation.

Popped into whilst travelling about in out motorhome. Extremely helpful lady, gave change. £10.80 for very large wash, or £5.40 for small. Would definitely recommend this place. Even had magazines and books to read whilst waiting. 5 star

Don't bother rude and unhelpful staff
