Racheal and Julian have been outstanding and believe me if you have issues with either sale or buying, they pressure everybody with anormous effects. We used Dee & Griffin for some conveyancing work on a recent UK house sale and we would give them our fullest recommendation without qualm or equivocation. We are based overseas so we approached the sale with a certain apprehension but, with the support of the Cheltenham office, the whole process ran not only smoothly but with a reassuring professionalism. Working from a distance it would have been easy to feel isolated and disassociated from the procedure but from the point of first contact we felt confident that our interests were being represented, that no corners were being cut and that our work was always in some way progressing. Sale of my old and purchase of new house with no chain took over 5 months. I lost money for hiring van/moving company because of agreed exchange of contracts date was changed with less than 24hrs notice from actual date. Still until today (over 6 months after exchange of contracts) i haven't received any papers related to new house.
