Dreams Kettering

Was met by a member of staff who made us all feel welcome she was good with my son who we were looking for a new bed for she explained everything very well not pushy and nothing was too much trouble she took the time to show exactly what we would be getting and covered everything good old fashioned customer service which resulted in a sale thankyou

Lisa was a star! I didn’t have a clue what I wanted but was very patient with me and helped me choose a bed that was perfect for my needs. Couldn’t have done it without her.

Excellent service, although I wish I bought from the shop rather than ordered online. I went into the store to look at the bed I ordered and the customer service was fantastic. The delivery guys were awesome too, Taylor and Johnathon are great.

Wendy was great! She was friendly and helpful, providing lots of information about products, but wasn’t pushy and she didn’t pester us. She allowed us time to browse around the store, trying different products out, but was on hand to answer any questions we had. Fantastic customer service! Thank you Wendy. I’d definitely recommend shopping here for a bed or mattress.

We had a wonderful experience here, from choosing the right mattress for each of us, to testing all suitable ones and pillows. The service was great, very clean! Highly recommend Lisa, she gave such good advice, trying to match us up with our Dream bed!

The bed has arrived sub standard on 2 occasions now. So a quality check was issued before delivery on the 3rd time. Stephen Gilbert was more than helpful in customer service.
