Can't praise the new receptionist highly enough!! Lovely girl. Made an emergency trip to the doctors today extremely pleasant. Thank you!

Always friendly, understanding doctors who seem to genuinely care. I'm pleased I'm a patient at this surgery.

Brilliant doctors, will always get you in to be seen asap or you can ask for a call back from a doctor if its something not as urgent as requiring an appointment

Terrible surgery. Zero sensitivity from the staff regarding sensitive subjects (tearing open private test results at reception or calling us at work and just giving us results without warning causing anxiety), no human kindness when relaying waiting times for appointments (I understand that they’re under pressure and might require time - but kindness is free and a sarcastic smile and ‘you’ve got no chance of getting in within the next three weeks’ is just hurtful). Just generally poor service and seemingly little understanding of anything other than how to deal with endless lines of pensioners.

Most often kind and caring doctors and staff. Will do their best to treat you abd listen to your worries. We are lucky to be able to get appointments with nurses and doctors within 36 hours if not sooner. Some practices have over a week's waiting time. Ok if you're only feeling slightly ill!

If I could give zero stars I would. Since they changed their appointment system on the 5th of December 2022 the surgery is no longer accessible to me, I have issues with chronic pain and sleep and the only way to get an appointment is to be up at 8.00 am on the dot. Due to my ill health and disabilities I'm not always up at this time, I spoke to a very rude receptionist who told me to call 111 for triage, I also suffer with anxiety and I explained that I didn't want to call 111 because the last times I called they sent an ambulance that wasn't needed on both occasions, so I'm now anxious about calling 111 for anything. I know other people who can't be up at 8.00 am on the dot because of illness and disability or can't call at the time because of their jobs so it seems the surgery as no become discriminatory against people with disabilities and people who work in shifts. I wish there were another surgery I could change to, but this is the only one that serves my area.

Reception staff are awful here, rude, unhelpful and think they're doing you a favour when they eventually answer the phone. Drs are nice but the self important support staff let the place down.
