Friendly and caring staff on reception and phones the best doctors in the country very supportive lovely nurses...cuffley village surgery is fabulous.

Good doctors surgery but there is so much information in the waiting room it's almost and a overload and makes the place feel untidy

I have just had my Covid 19 injection at The Hub in Stevenage.
Very well signposted on Gunnels Wood Road so easy to find and from the moment you go through the gates there are people everywhere to help you even in the car park.
From the moment you enter the building you have people directing you where you need to go.It was highly organised with only a very few minutes wait to go to the next bit where you are asked your registration details etc.
I would just like to congratulate the wonderful NHS,what a superb job they are all doing.

Myself and my partner would just like to thank the doctors and staff at Cuffley for our fast referrals and follow up on results especially as I went into my appointment with a big list of issues. It is difficult to get through to the practice on the telephone due to the high demand but when you do manage to get an appointment it is fantastic service, so thank you, we appreciate it!

Whenever I have seen a GP or nurse I’m very happy with the care they give. The problem is getting an appointment is a nightmare, they don’t have a simple call waiting system so the phone is constantly engaged. Very old fashioned in my opinion not sure why they don’t have this in place?!

Very very poor service, doesn't even deserve one star but had to rate it to be able to do this review, a complete waste of time.

Absolutely useless. Not even worth 1 star! Worse service I have ever experienced. If your in need of medical assistance don’t both using Cuffley Village Surgery

Shocking. Just want a phonecall back from a Doctor.....no app not even for a phonecall.....ridiculous. Have you tried the pharmacy???? Are the receptionist now programmed to say this!
